A Family Monthly Magazine in Telugu

 

Malle Teega, Family Monthly Magazine in Telugu has been started with the aim to satisfy the needs of all the family members and their intellectual needs and to get appreciation from all categories of readers.

 

The first issue came out in August 2007 with the Editorship of Kalimi Sri (K Sambasiva Rao) who has got 16 years of experience as a cartoonist and also poet and Mrs Rajeswari is the founder of the magazine.

 

Comedy is the first ingredient of this magazine. Comedy is the oxygen of Telugu people and hence Malle Teega decided to give healthy breath to readers, through various comic features and it is marching towards success to get blessing of Telugu readers. To encourage cartoonists, it is organising cartoon competitions.

 

To promote science fiction about space, it is publishing a wonderful space fiction serial written by Science writer P Ranganath.

 

G V Amareswara Rao is writing a romantic serial by mixing Love, Suspense, Comic and it is very interesting to the readers.

 

To elaborate lifestyle of Telugu people and to give a beautiful touch about the real incidents, a series of short stories are published in each issue.

 

Poetry is a prominent form of literature.  Mini poetry is a movement going on in Telugu literature for several years.  To encourage mini poems, a feature is run for this.  Equally general poems are also published.  These are great essence to the Telugu literature.

 

Not only these… to encourage poets, poems competitions are also organised.  Environment is an international problem on this Global village.  To bring awareness and to find remedies and solutions to Environmental problems, it has collaborated with a prominent organisation, Jagruthi Kiran Foundation, Nagpur and gave an open call for Environmental poetry.

 

Through this, it has declared fight on Environmental problems.  To do this great event it is the fortune of Malle Teega to have association of “Vidyavachaspati” Prof Dr N N Murthy an Internationally known Environmentalist and his support. The management of Malle Teega feels it as great honour and an opportunity to associate with him. 

Both the organizations started Paryavaran Kavitodyamam (Environmental Poetry Movement).  It is first time in Telugu for such movement on Environment through poetry.  This movement will go in long way for the welfare of the mankind.

 

But also on health, politics, philosophy, preaches of prominent spiritual personalities, Telugu proverbs, Astrology, General Knowledge for Children, there are several features of Malle Teega. With all these Malle Teega is entertaining all classes of readers.
